Traditionally, Belmont Day has hosted an auction event every other year to support the school’s initiatives. As we approached planning this year, we considered the need to bring our community joy while keeping safety front and center. This Spring, our community event and fundraiser will have a new twist! It will include a series of scavenger hunts as well as a community event and auction. Reserve your team’s spot today!

Our community event and auction will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021. The Scavenger Hunt Challenge occurred on March 20, April 10 and May 1. Winners will be announced at the Fest. We look forward to seeing you on our BDS Quest!

About the Silent Auction

Annually, this event is hosted in-person and includes a vibrant live and silent auction. We are continuing this tradition virtually, and the silent auction will run from Thursday, May 13 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, May 16 at 9 p.m. A big thank you to our families and greater community who generously contributed to the silent auction!

How Do I Sign Up for the Silent Auction and Paddle Up?

1. Click here to visit our Charity Auctions Today website.

2. Select the "Register to Bid" link on the top of the page (see example below).

3. Create an account, and be sure to include your main contact information, such as your cell phone number.

4. Browse our amazing silent auction items.

5. Remember bidding runs from Thursday, May 13 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, May 16 at 9 p.m.

We are very excited to host our virtual Fest on Saturday, May 15 at 5 p.m. It will be a community-wide celebration and auction event. It will include music, highlights from our scavenger hunts, announcement of our winners. The event will also have a silent auction and paddle up fundraiser. The proceeds from the event will be to help defray the COVID-19 expenses and the cost of winter and spring pool testing for all students and faculty.
