If you changed scale of your operation system (Windows or any other OS), this program cannot shown correctly, unless in Windows version you use this compatibility solution for your exe file:
Right click on your exe file and select "Properties"
Then select "Compatibility" tab.
In settings part, check "Override high DPI scaling behavior" and select "System" or "System (Enhanced)" and click "OK" to apply changes.
For Java version, you have to find main file of your installed Java Runtime Environment (JRE) and change it's compatibility too.
