This Privacy Policy applies to the "bdris4you_premium-edition" Chrome Extension. By using this extension, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Our goal is to enhance your productivity while strictly complying with the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies regarding user data privacy.

2. Information We Specifically Collect
To provide our core auto-fill and data tracking functionalities across four specific service categories— 1) New Birth Registration, 2) Birth Record Correction, 3) Death Registration, and 4) e-Verify (Verification)— we temporarily collect and process the following specific user data:

• Form Data: We specifically collect Names (English and Bengali), Dates of Birth, Phone Numbers, Email Addresses, and Birth Application, Corroection Birth Application & Death Registration Application Numbers & (UBRN / 17-digit number) inputted or extracted from the designated target portals.

• Licensing and Device Data: We generate a unique Device ID and may collect your IP address and general geolocation for security purposes.

• Image Data: Captcha images strictly from the target verification pages.

• Payment Information: When you submit a manual subscription request, we collect the necessary transaction details and your unique Token.

3. Why We Collect This Data (Your Secure Vault & Retrieval)
Transparency and your convenience are our utmost priorities. We collect this specific data with the primary goal of creating a secure backup for you. If you ever lose your necessary or critical application records (such as the 17-digit UBRN) needed for your important tasks, you can easily retrieve them from us to continue your work without any hindrance.

• Secure Data Backup: Specific form data is securely transmitted and backed up to our encrypted cloud database solely for your future retrieval via email or WhatsApp support.

• User Control & Deletion: You retain full ownership of this data. If you no longer need the backup, you have the absolute right to request the complete deletion of your records at any time.

• Automation: To automate the form-filling process securely and quickly on your behalf.

• Captcha Processing: To extract text from Captcha images to help users bypass repetitive manual typing.

4. Third-Party Services
We utilize secure, industry-standard third-party infrastructure and APIs to facilitate essential extension functionalities. This includes reputable cloud hosting providers for secure token management, encrypted database services for maintaining operational integrity, and advanced optical character recognition (OCR) engines for automated text extraction. We ensure that all integrated third-party services comply with strict data security standards.

5. Data Sharing, Non-Sale Disclosure, and Security
We value your privacy and comply strictly with Chrome Web Store User Data policies:

• No Sale of Data: We absolutely DO NOT sell, trade, rent, or monetize your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances.

• Limited Processing: Captcha images are sent to secure OCR APIs solely for text extraction and are never stored by them.

• Strict Security: Licensing and backed-up form data are strictly used for the operational and customer-support purposes of the extension and are kept highly secure using modern encryption protocols.

6. Data Storage and Retention

• Local Storage: Your profile and personal form data are stored locally within your browser's localStorage and chrome.storage.local.

• Cloud Storage: Your licensing data, token balances, and backed-up application records are securely retained on our encrypted cloud databases for your retrieval benefit.

7. User Rights, Cancellation, and Data Deletion
You have full control over your personal data. You can request to cancel your service and demand the complete deletion of your backed-up form records or licensing data from our secure cloud database at any time. Simply contact us via our support channel (Email or WhatsApp), and we will promptly remove your data with no questions asked. You can also delete all locally stored autofill data by uninstalling the extension.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

• ফর্ম ডেটা: টার্গেট পোর্টাল থেকে আমরা সুনির্দিষ্টভাবে নাম (বাংলা/ইংরেজি), জন্ম তারিখ, ফোন নাম্বার, ইমেইল এবং নতুন জন্ম নিবন্ধন, জন্ম নিবন্ধন সংশোধন, ই-ভেরিফাই এবং মৃত্যু নিবন্ধন আবেদনপত্র নম্বর এবং (UBRN / ১৭ ডিজিটের নিবন্ধন নম্বর) সংগ্রহ করি।

• লাইসেন্সিং এবং ডিভাইস ডেটা: প্রো-টোকেন ভেরিফাই ও নিরাপত্তার স্বার্থে আমরা একটি ইউনিক ডিভাইস আইডি, আইপি (IP) ও শহরের নাম সংগ্রহ করতে পারি।

• ইমেজ ডেটা: শুধুমাত্র টার্গেট ওয়েবসাইটের ভেরিফিকেশন পেজ থেকে ক্যাপচা ইমেজ।

• পেমেন্ট তথ্য: সাবস্ক্রিপশন রিকোয়েস্ট পাঠানোর সময় লেনদেনের সাধারণ বিবরণ এবং আপনার ইউনিক টোকেন।

৫. ডেটা বিক্রি না করার নিশ্চয়তা, শেয়ারিং এবং নিরাপত্তা

৬. ডেটা স্টোরেজ এবং সংরক্ষণ

• লোকাল স্টোরেজ: আপনার প্রোফাইল এবং ফর্ম ডেটা আপনার ব্রাউজারের localStorage এবং chrome.storage.local-এ লোকালি সেভ করা থাকে।

• ক্লাউড স্টোরেজ: আপনার প্রো-টোকেন অ্যাক্টিভ থাকা পর্যন্ত আপনার লাইসেন্স ডেটা এবং ব্যাকআপ রেকর্ড আমাদের এনক্রিপ্টেড ক্লাউড সার্ভারে সুরক্ষিত থাকে।

৭. ব্যবহারকারীর অধিকার, বাতিল এবং ডেটা মুছে ফেলা
আপনার ডেটার উপর আপনার সম্পূর্ণ নিয়ন্ত্রণ রয়েছে। আপনি চাইলে যেকোনো সময় আপনার সার্ভিস বাতিল করতে পারেন এবং আমাদের সুরক্ষিত ক্লাউড ডেটাবেজ থেকে আপনার ব্যাকআপ বা লাইসেন্স ডেটা সম্পূর্ণ মুছে ফেলার (Delete) অনুরোধ করতে পারেন। আমাদের সাপোর্ট চ্যানেলে (ইমেইল বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ) জানালেই আমরা দ্রুত আপনার ডেটা মুছে ফেলব। এছাড়া এক্সটেনশন আনইনস্টল করে ব্রাউজারে সেভ করা লোকাল ডেটাও মুছে ফেলতে পারেন।
