This Privacy Policy applies to the "bdris4you_pro" Chrome Extension. By using this extension, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Our goal is to enhance your productivity while being completely transparent about how your data is handled.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our core functionalities, we collect and process the following specific data:

• Licensing and Device Data: We generate a unique Device ID and collect your IP address and city (via an external API) to verify your Pro Token and prevent unauthorized multi-device usage.

• Payment Information: When you submit a recharge request, we collect the sender's mobile number, transaction amount, and your unique Token.

• Form Data & Auto-Save: The extension temporarily saves your form inputs locally in your browser to provide the "Auto-Save" profile feature.

• Application IDs: We capture the final Application ID generated on the target website to accurately deduct the specific service charge from your token balance.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your license validity and maintain your token balance via our secure backend servers.

• To automatically back up your saved form profiles to a designated cloud spreadsheet, streamlining your workflow.

• To ensure the security of our extension and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized sharing of tokens.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services for essential functions, such as IP verification (GeoJS), secure cloud databases for token management, cloud spreadsheets for automated backups, and mobile financial services (e.g., bKash) for manual recharge verification. These third-party services have their own privacy policies, and we do not control their data handling practices.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third parties. Data is strictly used for the operational purposes of the extension. Licensing and transaction data are securely processed and stored via our secure cloud database, and backup data is transmitted directly to your designated cloud service.

6. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

Your profile data is stored locally within your browser's localStorage and chrome.storage. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage. We retain your licensing and token balance data as long as your Pro Token remains active or as required to provide our services.

7. User Rights and Data Deletion

We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you have any objections regarding how your data is being processed, or if you wish to have your personal information and profile data completely removed from our secure cloud database, you can contact us at any time. Upon receiving a verifiable request via our support channel, we will promptly and securely delete your associated data from our systems.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. You are advised to review this page periodically.
