Essential Oils have been practiced for thousands of years and they are the aromatic compounds extracted from plant material. They can be extracted form the flowers, roots, seeds, leaves or fruits of a plant and are highly concentrated.
Aromatherapy is the use of these aromatic compounds to help install a sense of personal and emotional well being and you can achieve balance and harmony for a healthy mind, body and soul.
Essential oils have different properties and aromas and can also have different effects on you from uplifting, calming and relaxing, to energizing, stimulating and reviving, there's an essential oil to help you create the prefect mood.

Precautions :
Never use pure oils neat on the skin, always dilute (unless already in a carrier oil)

Suggestions For Use At Home :
Massage - Blend 3-5 drops of essential oil with 10ml Carrier oil
Bathing - Dilute up to 8 drops in a carrier oil or bath oil and stir into bath water (this is not recommended for people with sensitive skin)
Vaporiser - Use 6 drops in an oil burner
Room spray - Add 6 drops of essential oils to water and shake well (avoid polished surfaces and plants)
Sprinkle a few drops onto potpourri.
Compress - Add 4 or 5 drops to a bowl of warm or cold water, soak a clean cloth in the water and apply to the desired area.
Footbath - stir 4 or 5 drops into a bowl of warm or cold water ( preferably diluted in a carrier oil before being added) and soak feet for as long as you like
Inhalation - with a towel over your head, lean over a bowl of just water with up to 4 drops of essential oil blend added - breathe normally for 10 minutes. Use fewer drops for children and elderly.
Diffuser - add 3-5 drops of essential oil to per 100ml water
