Accommodation booking and payment is the responsibility of each individual school.
The conference will not be providing breakfast to advisors and students. Meals that will be provided by the conference are as follows:
-Thursday dinner
- Friday lunch and dinner
- Saturday lunch and dinner
Shuttle Bus service will be provided to and from the hotels. The shuttle bus service will be as follows:
Thursday at the end of the conference day to the hotels (must get to Yale on your own Thursday for registration and opening activities)
Friday AM to Yale and Friday PM at the end of the day to the hotels
Saturday AM to Yale and Saturday PM at the end of the day to the hotels
Sunday AM to Yale. All students depart from Yale when conference is done.
