FS (Food Service)
The Food Service (FS) strand is a senior high school track that equips students with skills in food preparation, hospitality management, nutrition, and entrepreneurship. It covers culinary arts, baking, food styling, restaurant management, and food safety, preparing graduates for careers as chefs, restaurateurs, food stylists, and catering service managers. Through hands-on training and industry partnerships, FS students develop creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship, gaining a competitive edge in the local and international food industry. With certifications in food safety, hospitality, and culinary arts, FS graduates are job-ready, equipped to succeed in restaurants, hotels, food manufacturing, and related fields.
