Details of the Event:
Treasure Hunt, the idea of hunting for hidden treasures has always been exciting and adventurous. In the treasure hunt, participants work in small teams to find the treasure with the help of given clues. The team who decodes the clue and finds the treasure first will win the game. The game of treasure hunt comes from the concept of scavenger hunting where participants have to find the number of items from the list provided to them. Treasure hunt differentiates itself from scavenger hunting by providing given clues to find the treasure.
Rules & Regulations:
It is a Team Event. Each group should be of Four Participants (Max.) for the event.
Reporting time is 15 Minutes before the screening test in Preliminary Round.
There will not be no shouting or using abusive language during the event.
Decision of the judges for the event will be final and binding.
Preliminary Round:
Every group should be present at time for the Screening Test. After commencement of screening test no one will be entertained.
A set of short questions should be given to the groups for finding the 1st Location.
Shortlisted students will go for the next round (Four groups only).
Final Round:
Shortlisted groups should go to the 1st Location for solving a Puzzle Game. After solving this they will get the next clue for the hunt.
There will be a sequence of clues from which they have to go and find the Final Location.
The group who will reach first at the final location, will be declared as the Winner Group for the event ‘Treasure Hunt’.
Preferred Location:
Participants will be allowed to access the Polytechnic Building & Playground only.
Entering into the premises of the Pharmacy Campus is ‘Strictly Prohibited’.

Suggested Topics for the competition: Festivals of India
Instruction:
1. The theme of the competition is “Your Regional Festival”.
2. Each participant can submit 5(five) photographs. A story line will be preferable.
3. Participants must mail their photographs in 12”X18” size at bcrptechfest@gmail.com within 5pm on 08-03-2026. They must mention their Year, Department and class roll number in the body of the mail.
4. Participants must submit the photographs in JPEG format. Over-editing or any kind of manipulation will not be allowed. Resendable amount of post processing may be allowed.
5. You may add a caption to your photographs. Caption must be in English; however, a subtitle translation may be additionally given.
6. Photographers of selected photographs may be asked to explain their views in another additional round if required. The final decision will be taken by the judges. Judges may ask for Raw Uncompressed (direct from the device) image for verification if required. 7. You may use any kind of camera, DSLR or phone camera.

BATTLEGROUND MOBILE INDIA (BGMI)
Battlegrounds Mobile India is an officially authorized combat and survival mobile game that based on the popular battle royale concept where 100 players parachute into an island and battle with each other till the last man standing. It has been developed and published by Krafton with help from partners across the globe for the aspect of development, engineering, customer service, esports, marketing, and payment partners. A free-to-play, multiplayer experience from KRAFTON, players can battle it out in diverse game modes which can be squad-based or even one-on-one. Featuring diverse maps with different terrains on a virtual setting, BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA utilizes the full capabilities of Unreal Engine 4 to bring alive fantastic worlds augmented by 3D sound, to build a truly immersive experience on a mobile phone.
Guidelines:
The game will be played on the contestant's own mobile device.
External accessories are not allowed except wired earphones.
No gfx tool, game mode, other extension software & hacking activity will be allowed.
The matches will be held as per the number of registrations received.
The event is online and will take place in "Erangle" mode & People from any of the ranks are allowed to play.
Maximum 24 groups can be allowed in group & each group can have a maximum 4 players.
Each team will play at least 1 match & each team will be provided with the room code before the match.
First match will be played among 12 groups (group A) and one group will be selected from this match. (Winner 1) the second match will be played among the rest of the 12 groups (Group B) and one group will be selected from this match (winner 2) the final match will be played between the winners of group A & B and the one team is selected as a winner.
If any discrepancy is found, the final decision lies with the organizing committee.
FREE FIRE MAX
Guidelines:
Players can play on Android/iOS phones only for FREE FIRE MAX, Free Fire not allowed only FREE FIRE MAX is allowed (no apk allowed).
In 1 match, 11 teams will play.
Any game modifying tool is not allowed (finger sleeve and powder is allowed).
Only in-game voice chat should be used after the game started till its completion.
Any use of unfair means such as Aimbot, trigger bot, speed hack and team-up will be disqualified.
Should a team/player fail to join the room in time, their squad/they will be disqualified.
College will provide internet connection for the game play, but each participant should have their own internet connection as a backup. Organizers would not be held responsible for connectivity issues on the participant’s side.
Participants are requested to ready at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the day.
Character skills will be allowed but no gun skills, no loadout are allowed.
No revive-point and vending-machine are allowed.
No healing battle is allowed.
Match will be played in "Bermuda" map only.
If tie occurs between two teams, then according to position, the team will be selected. If then also tie persists clash squad will be made.
Normal Clash Squad will be made i.e., No unlimited ammo and no gun skill will be allowed.
