Pohela Boishakh is most commonly celebrated on April 14th or 15th and marks the beginning of Bengali New Year. The festival also marks the beginning of the spring harvest. Nowadays, it is celebrated with fairs, food, and time with family and loved ones. Colors that represent this holiday are white, red, and yellow.

Following tradition, this year's event follows an outdoor fair-like style. There will be booths, games, and food stalls available for your enjoyment. This year's theme also celebrates the deep and intricate history of Muslin sarees in Bangladeshi culture.
