📚 प्रतिस्पर्धी पुस्तकालय – नियम एवं शर्तें

1. Membership Rules / सदस्यता नियम

Entry to the library is strictly for registered members only.

पुस्तकालय में प्रवेश केवल पंजीकृत सदस्यों के लिए ही अनुमत है।

Membership is non-transferable.

सदस्यता हस्तांतरणीय नहीं है।

2. Library Quiz & Test Timings / पुस्तकालय क्विज & टेस्ट समय

Bi-weekly Quiz: Wednesdays and Saturdays, 6 PM.

द्विसाप्ताहिक क्विज़: बुधवार और शनिवार, शाम 6 बजे।

Members must strictly follow entry and exit timings.

सदस्यों को प्रवेश एवं निकास समय का सख्ती से पालन करना होगा।

3. Silence & Discipline / शांति एवं अनुशासन

Absolute silence must be maintained at all times.

हर समय पूर्ण शांति बनाए रखना अनिवार्य है।

Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode.

मोबाइल फोन को साइलेंट मोड में रखना होगा।

Talking, group discussions, or any disturbance is strictly prohibited.

बातचीत, समूह चर्चा या किसी भी प्रकार का शोर-शराबा पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित है।

4. Cleanliness / स्वच्छता

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the library.

पुस्तकालय के अंदर स्वच्छता और सफाई बनाए रखें।

Do not litter; use dustbins provided.

कचरा इधर-उधर न फैलाएं, डस्टबिन का उपयोग करें।

Eating inside the study area is strictly prohibited (except water).

अध्ययन क्षेत्र में खाना पूरी तरह से प्रतिबंधित है (केवल पानी की अनुमति है)।

5. Use of Materials / सामग्री का उपयोग

Library property such as desks, chairs, books, and equipment must be handled carefully.

पुस्तकालय की संपत्ति जैसे मेज, कुर्सी, किताबें और उपकरणों का सावधानीपूर्वक उपयोग करें।

Any damage or loss will result in a penalty.

किसी भी प्रकार की क्षति या नुकसान पर जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा।

6. Prohibited Activities / निषिद्ध गतिविधियाँ

Smoking, chewing tobacco, or consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited.

धूम्रपान, तंबाकू का सेवन या शराब पीना पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित है।

Any kind of misbehavior or misconduct will lead to immediate cancellation of membership.

किसी भी प्रकार के दुर्व्यवहार या अनुशासनहीनता पर सदस्यता तुरंत रद्द कर दी जाएगी।

7. Power & Facilities / बिजली एवं सुविधाएँ

Use of 24x7 Free Wi-Fi Facility is allowed only for study-related devices.

24x7 मुफ़्त Wi-Fi सुविधा का उपयोग केवल पढ़ाई से संबंधित उपकरणों के लिए ही अनुमत है।

Cameras are installed throughout the entire library campus; you will always remain under camera surveillance.

पूरी लाइब्रेरी कैंपस में कैमरे लगाए गए हैं; आप हर समय कैमरों की निगरानी में रहेंगे।

Use of charging points is allowed only for study-related devices.

चार्जिंग पॉइंट का उपयोग केवल अध्ययन से संबंधित उपकरणों के लिए ही किया जा सकता है।

Misuse of electricity or facilities is not permitted.

बिजली या अन्य सुविधाओं का दुरुपयोग वर्जित है।

8. Security / सुरक्षा

The library is not responsible for personal belongings.

पुस्तकालय व्यक्तिगत सामान के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

Members are advised to take care of their valuables.

सदस्यों को अपने कीमती सामान की स्वयं देखभाल करने की सलाह दी जाती है।

9. Penalties & Termination / दंड एवं समाप्ति

Violation of rules may result in warnings, fines, or cancellation of membership without refund.

नियमों का उल्लंघन करने पर चेतावनी, जुर्माना या बिना रिफंड के सदस्यता रद्द की जा सकती है।

Management reserves the right to take necessary action in case of misconduct.

किसी भी अनुचित व्यवहार की स्थिति में प्रबंधन आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का अधिकार रखता है।
