2025 Inspire Science: Sustainability & Outreach Symposium

We hosted our Inspiring Science Symposium for the first time in January 2025 and it was one of our largest events to date! This event brought together 50 local high school students, over 100 first and second year undergraduates, and around 30 graduate students and faculty from within the CNAS department. The goal of this symposium was to demystify science careers and graduate education and to inspire high school students and early undergraduates, particularly those from underserved backgrounds and first-generation students.

Fall 2025 BcMBGSA Pizza Social

At the beginning of each quarter, our BcMBGSA hosts a pizza social for the Biochemistry department to start the quarter off strong and foster a sense of community and collaboration amongst department students, faculty, and staff.
