The file cabinet template allows you to create a place to "store" documents, images, pdfs, presentations or any digital file. Upload and manage documents from your hard drive onto your site and organize them into folders. A file cabinet can be used to organize all your documents in one place.
You can:
Add files from your computer
Add files from the web
Create a file cabinet for every main page-this is a subpage
Hide the file cabinet-appears in a site map at the bottom of the page
Connect items from the file cabinet to the webpage-hyperlinks

Tip: Any attachment you make to a file cabinet page will also be available to manage in your site settings under More Actions > Manage site > Attachments. There you will see attachments from any file cabinet page within your site, in addition to attachments or images added to individual pages.
