MISSION

Ensure health care as a BASIC HUMAN RIGHT regardless of the economic, cultural, and political views. Bringing direct, just, objective, and equitable medical service to the poorest of the poor, marginalized, oppressed, and exploited sectors of society.

VISION

To be a premier institution from Mindanao, known for its holistic and high-quality medical services for the poorest of the poor, marginalized, oppressed, and exploited sectors while upholding their rights at all levels.

GOALS

• Develop the COMMUNITY-HOSPITAL cycle by establishing people STAKEHOLDERSHIP and COOPERATION;

• Consolidate and utilize the primary health care delivery system by fortifying disease prevention, maternal and child health, sanitation, and nutrition and ensuring the cure and treatment of the sick clientele;

• Develop community responsibility among Elements/Employees through community integration, medical missions and rolling clinics, and health education and disaster response programs;

• Establish a hospital training program for community health workers simultaneously materializing grassroots action, skills transfer and empowerment; and

• Develop and consolidate new bearers of the mission for the next 25 years.
