The Amalgamation Committee is comprised of members of both BCH and Seaforth Minor Hockey executive members.

Several meetings over the past couple of years have occurred to discuss amalgamation and what it looks like for each of our organizations. We are at the point where we need to move forward with sharing our proposal with our organization members and conducting a vote.

The vote will be held March 8th , 2022 at 7:30 PM.

Our mission is to create the best minor hockey experience for all of the players in our combined regions. We are committed to doing all that we can for the betterment of the game, our players, and our communities.

As such, through this joint effort to amalgamate, we envision both a larger and more connected hockey community that will be focused on appropriate opportunities for all players. We aim to focus on team building, sharing the passion for the game, and creating a sense of belonging for everyone.

We will strive to provide quality leadership at all levels and will develop an organizational understanding of teamwork and sportsmanship in an atmosphere of fun and positive reinforcement for all players and volunteers.
