Bioinformatics and Cancer Genomics Lab

생물정보학 및 암유전체 연구실 (Bioinformatics and Cancer Genomics Laboratory - BCG Lab)은 국립인천대학교 생명과학부 분자의생명전공 한미령 교수가 2020년에 설립한 연구실입니다. 우리는 생물정보학 알고리즘을 이용하여 인간의 대용량 유전체 정보를 해독하고, 이를 이용하여 앞으로 질병의 예방 및 치료를 더욱 정밀하고 과학적으로 가능하게 하고자 합니다.

Bioinformatics and Cancer Genomics Lab. is a research group in the Division of Life Sciences at Incheon National University founded by Professor Mi-Ryung Han in 2020. Our research focuses on analyses of massive amounts of genomic data for studying human disease and will eventually yield novel therapeutic targets.

Lab Focus

• Multi-omics approaches to elucidating the genetic basis for human traits and diseases.

• Using computational models to gain a more complete understanding of human biology.

• Developing algorithms for genomic data analysis that give the lab a unique perspective on human health and disease.
