Vendor Applications

Before filling out your Vendor Application:

Gather together the following documents in preparation for uploading to the form:

1. Any licenses that you need to conduct your business such as USDA Organic certification, your ODA scale license, temporary restaurant license etc. We are required to have copies of these licenses on-hand at the Market. For more information about these licenses, visit the Resources page

2. Download and sign the Vendor Agreement. The form will ask you to upload this document.
