2023 - 2024 School Year

CO-President

Dawn Harker

My daughter is in the fourth grade at BCE.  I work from home, which allows me to spend more time with my daughter and volunteering in the community. This is my fourth year as Co-President and I am excited for all it holds.  I enjoy helping make a difference for our children, while helping to support our teachers and staff. My focus is on both education and fun, as there is always room for both! My passions include running, knitting, food, and family; as well as, being an ally and advocate for inclusivity and accessibility for everyone through the work I do.  I love meeting people, so say hello if you see me out and about!

I am a mother of 2, a fourth grader and a pre-schooler. This is my 5th year with the BCE Parents club. My passions include crafts, advocating for students with different abilities, education and safety. I work at a non-profit to advance technology in medical and flexible electronics. I also maintain this website so please reach out with suggestions! BCE Parents club is behind so many wonderful things that support BCE, its staff  and its families. I enjoy volunteering my time to support the BCE Parents Club and hope to see you get involved too.

Co-Vice President

Roxann Morrill

I am a mother of 3; a third grader, first grader, and toddler. This is my third year as Co-Vice President. My family owns a local underground Excavation Company, Maverick Engineering Inc. I have spent 10 years volunteering in either fundraising or event planning non-profit and for-profit organizations including serving on the board for SVSLV Soccer Club. I love helping the community; from coaching youth sports and or putting events together to bring the community together.

One of my proudest accomplishments last year was hosting our first Annual Gala Auction. Without the community coming together and the big support of our new principal, Gerri Fippin, along with her teachers and staff, we couldn't have had such a successful event!

I love meeting new people and helping them find unique ways that they can support our BCE Parents Club. Everyone has something special to give back to our beautiful school and there are many opportunities you can get involved. Please don't hesitate to say hello if you see me.

I have two children, one is a fifth grader at BCE and the older one is now attending middle school. This will be my final year with the Boulder Creek Elementary Parents Club. However, I will be highly involved at the school for hopefully many years to come. For the 2023/2024 school year, I am Boulder Creek Elementary's new art teacher and will be seeing the children for art classes on a weekly basis.

I also am pursuing a master's degree in teaching. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watercolors, and spending time in our beautiful mountains.

It has been so fun and rewarding to get to know our school community. There are many ways to participate and support BCE programs, staff, and families. I would love to meet you at one of our many events.
