• How do I become a listed vendor?

• How much do I need to donate?

Our suggested donation is 10% of sales from customers that use the promo code "BCE Parents Club." However, we are open to suggestions.

• Does my business need to be operating in Boulder Creek to qualify as a vendor?

No. We accept any vendors from Santa Cruz County or owners of businesses that reside in Santa Cruz County.

• How do I keep track of sales generated from your advertisement?

If you have a website we recommend creating the promo code "BCE Parents Club" for our BCE Families to use. If you do not have a website, we advertise to our families to tell the clerk the promo code in person and for the clerk to keep track of those sales.

• Where do you advertise my business to the BCE Families?

BCE Parents Club has several areas that we communicate to the families. Here is the list below:

1. BCE Parents Club Website

3. BCE Parents Club Instagram page

4. Weekly Principal Bear News via email to all BCE Families

5. Flyers on campus and San Lorenzo Valley

• How often will you post about my business?

This is our first year hosting this virtual event. We are all volunteers and will be posting regularly. However, it's important you share content with us. If you have promotions or exclusive sales coming up please send a message to our coordinator.

• Where do I make my donation at the end of the event?

Donations are accepted in form of checks, cash, or credit card. Donations are due December 23rd and handed to our coordinator.
