Terms & Conditions for ONLINE PAYMENTS

1. Online payment can be done through Bank Transfer & UPI only.

2. Only Subscriptions, Donations, New member admission Fee can be pay through online.

3. Once the payment is made, there will be no refund.

4. Within 24 hours of successful payment, receipt/screenshot of the transaction should be sent to Treasurer and our e-Mail (bcdakpahlr@gmail.com) for pucca money receipt.

5. We will issue the money receipt as soon as the money is deposited in our Bank Account.

6. If you pay more than your Subscription, the extra money will be treated as a Donation.

7. If your membership subscription is due more than the current financial year, your payment will be credited from your first outstanding financial year.

8. It may take up to 72 hours for the receipt to be reflected on the server after payment.

9. In case of Bank Transfer, Account number and IFSC must be written correctly, BCDA Kanchrapara – Halisahar Zone will not be responsible if someone transfers money to wrong Account number and IFSC.

10. In case of UPI, the UPI ID must be written correctly or after scanning the QR code ensure that the UPI ID is correct, BCDA Kanchrapara – Halisahar Zone will not be responsible if someone transfers money to wrong UPI ID.

11. BCDA Kanchrapara – Halisahar Zone can change the online payment related Terms & Conditions at any time without any prior notice to their member, So members are requested to read the Terms & Conditions before online payment.
