Student Travel Grants

ACM ASIACCS encourages graduate students to participate in the conference by partially subsidizing the travel costs up to a maximum of $1,000 for those who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference/workshops. Travel grants are available both for the conference and ASIACCS workshops. Students may not simultaneously draw on other sources of ACM funding for their travel or conference/workshops expenses. The grants will not cover the registration fee; every attendee is expected to register for the conference.

How to apply

Students should provide:

- Up-to-date CV.

- Application letter; explaining the reason for attending the ASIACCS conference/ workshops and an estimate of travel expenses.

- Supervisor's letter; confirming that the applicant is in good standing, and explaining a justification of financial need.
