About Me

I am a birth advocate and mama of one. I am comfortable caring for all birthing people as well as their partners. I have completed the exhaustive training to become a doula by DONA International and I am currently in the process of becoming certified. I have studied social work, women's and gender study, and health sciences through the University of Missouri and more currently Columbia College. I am working toward obtaining additional certification as a sexuality and relationship coach from the Sexual Health Alliance.  I would love to help you on your pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum period.
