Student Projects
We used faculty-mentored service-learning projects to introduce and prepare students for computing research during the spring semester, and two students were hired for intensive summer research.
Service-Learning Projects
We list some sample student projects below:
Computational Research on Future Energy Technology: Literature survey on how computational technologies are used for future energy technology, and identify the potential research opportunity on future energy technology. (Report)
Windspeed Project: This project contains the steps and procedures along with the time and dates that were taken to develop a flowgorithm and python program to develop a program to calculate the wind chill factor based on wind speed, and temperature. (Report)
NumPy Tutorial: Explore Python library NumPy, and learn how to use it. (Report)
Summer Research Projects
