For New Students

• BC-College Admission Test Result (If your general average is 84 & below BUT if your GWA is 85 & above, you don't need to take the BC-CAT)

• Original Form 138 / Report Card

• 2 Copies of 2×2 Photos (colored with white background)

• Original Certificate of Good Moral Character

• PSA Original Birth Certificate

• 1 pc. Long Brown Envelope

For Transferee Students

• BC-College Admission Test Result (If your general average is 84 & below BUT if your GWA is 85 & above, you don't need to take the BC-CAT)

• Honorable Dismissal

• Transcript of Records / Certificate of Grades

• 2 Copies of 2×2 Photos (colored with white background)

• Original Certificate of Good Moral Character

• PSA Original Birth Certificate

• 1 pc. of Long Brown Envelope
