In the seminars, the presenters are expected to give a comprehensive research project.  

The seminars are conducted through both face-to-face sessions and the online platform Zoom, with a duration of 60 minutes: 

• 25 minutes of presentation 

• 10 minutes of feedback 

• 25 minutes of Q&A 

During the course of the presentation, it is expected that all participants will have their audio muted, and inquiries will be restricted solely to those seeking clarification. All interactions with the speaker will be conducted through the chat or by posing direct questions, subject to clearance by the moderator if time allows.  

Due to the time constraint, we will publish the speaker's name and email address on our website, enabling you to contact them directly following the seminar should any further inquiries arise.  

Following the presentation, the discussant will have ten minutes to provide feedback; the presenter will provide clarification and a response to the feedback during this time. 

There will be 25 minutes for general inquiries and discussions following the presentation and feedback sessions; to inquire, please raise your hand and the moderator will assist you. To pose a query for online audiences, please raise your digital hand (*), and the moderator will restore your mute status. 

Additionally, all queries will be recorded by the moderator, who will forward them to the speaker at the conclusion of the seminar.
