Write down the numbers of the clothing you want to request. Use your client ID to fill out the fill out the following form. (o utilizar el➡️ Formulario de reclamación)
When claiming from different categories, fill out seperate forms so as to avoid confusion. (If you were to claim both children's and adult clothing, fill out separate forms for each)
