Bbot World LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Bbot World mobile application (the “App”). Bbot World is a free-to-use, parent-controlled early learning app for toddlers, with optional premium features available through a freemium subscription model.
We are committed to protecting children's privacy and complying with all applicable laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when parents and toddlers use our App.
2. Who This App Is Designed For
Bbot World is designed for toddlers (ages 2–5) and must be accessed exclusively through a parent or legal guardian's account. The App features:
Interactive early learning content appropriate for toddlers
Curated video content exclusively from the official Bbot World YouTube channel, including educational music videos for children and informational content for parents
A fully parent-controlled environment with no social features or direct child-to-child interaction
We do not design any part of the App to collect personal information from children.
3. Account Structure and Access
Only parents or legal guardians may create and manage accounts. Children access the App exclusively through the parent-managed account. There is no separate child login or registration process.
The App is available in two tiers:
Free Tier – Core content available at no cost, with no time limit
Premium Tier – Expanded content and features available via optional in-app subscription, priced at no more than $2.99/month
4. Information We Collect
a. Information Collected from Parents
When a parent creates an account, we may collect:
Email address
Account login credentials (password, stored securely)
Subscription status (free or premium)
If you subscribe to a premium tier through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment is processed entirely by those platforms. We do not collect, store, or have access to payment card details.
b. Information We Do Not Collect from Children
We do not collect any personal information from children. Specifically, we do not ask for or store:
Name, age, or date of birth
Address or location
Photos, voice recordings, or videos
Email address or any contact information
Behavioral profiles or persistent identifiers tied to a child
Children do not create accounts, enter personal data, or interact with any data-collection interface within the App.
c. Automatically Collected Information (Non-Personal)
We may collect limited, non-personal technical data to operate and improve the App, including:
Device type and operating system version
App session data (e.g., features accessed, content viewed)
Approximate location (country or region level only, used for legal compliance)
This data is aggregated and anonymized. It is not used to identify individual users.
5. YouTube Content and Third-Party Video
Bbot World displays video content exclusively from the official Bbot World YouTube channel. This content is curated in two categories:
Music videos and educational animations created specifically for toddlers
Informational and how-to content directed at parents
YouTube video playback within the App is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and YouTube's Terms of Service. We configure video playback to minimize data exposure (e.g., using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode where available). We do not allow children to browse YouTube directly, interact with comments, or access any content outside of the official Bbot World channel.

6. Use of Firebase Analytics
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and to guide product improvements. Firebase is configured to:
Collect only aggregated, non-personal usage data
Disable all advertising features and ad personalization
Not track users across third-party apps or services
Not collect any personally identifiable information from children
Firebase data is used solely for internal product analytics. It is never used for behavioral advertising, user profiling, or data brokering.
7. Parental Consent and COPPA Compliance
Bbot World complies fully with COPPA (15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq.) by:
Collecting personal information only from parents, not children
Limiting child-related data to non-identifiable, aggregated usage information
Requiring parental account creation before any child can access the App
Parents have the right to:
Review the information associated with their account at any time
Request deletion of their account and all associated data

8. How We Use Information

10. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data only with:
Service providers (e.g., Firebase for analytics) under strict contractual data protection obligations
Platform providers (Apple App Store, Google Play) for app distribution and subscription management

We retain parent account information only for as long as the account is active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. When an account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal data within a commercially reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.
13. Children's Safety by Design
Bbot World is built around the principle of safety by design. We protect young users by:
Collecting no personal information from children, by design
Requiring all account management to be handled by parents
Providing no social features, messaging, or public-facing profiles for children
Restricting in-app video content to the official, curated Bbot World YouTube channel
Applying age-appropriate content standards across all App experiences
14. International Users
Bbot World is primarily intended for users in the United States and Canada. If you are located outside of North America, your information may be processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country.
