Our BBMRA Annual Show and Sale 2026
Information for vendors wanting to rent tables to display their wares for the 35th BBMRA Annual Show and Sale on June 27 & 28, 2026 at the Leon County Fairgrounds in Tallahassee, Florida is available on this page.
The show times are Saturday June 27: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Sunday 28: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The price of tables is $35.00 each if paid in cash or by check sent after completing the online registration by May 1, 2026. On that date the price of tables is $40.00 each. The price is slightly higher if paying via PayPal services. (see section below).

If you are paying for your tables via PayPal you will be given the link to pay after you have completed the contract documents. The cost of tables via PayPal is $37.00 to allow for the fee that PayPal charges. Late fee on these is $43.00 per table on May 1, 2026.
After receiving the payment link, click on that link and go to the Vendor Payment Page. Click on the “The Red Payment” button. You will be taken to a screen that will show you the 2026 Vendor table cart. Enter the number of tables you want to purchase and complete the transaction via PayPal or by using your credit card. You will be given a receipt upon completion on the screen and also you should get a notice via your email. Thank You in advance for being a part of our show.
