2. Drive up Big Bass Lake Drive about 3 minutes, road will turn into Packanack Drive. 402 Packanack Drive will be on right hand side of street.

• Use the code provided with host to access house. 

• We suggest all our guests bring slippers or inside shoes only for inside the house. Please leave your outside shoes in entry room.

• Provided under the sink are extra garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher pods, fire extinguisher, and first aid

• There is a filled liquid dish soap dispenser in the kitchen.

• In kitchen pantry there are spices, olive oil, canola oil spray.

• In main floor bedroom there is a highchair and portable crib, iron and ironing board

• Under sink in main floor bathroom is a hairdryer

• In walk in first bedroom there is an extra bed/seat cushion for you to use as an extra single bed

• In walk in second bedroom, there is also an extra bed/seat cushion for you to you as an extra bed

• In each of the bathrooms there is a hanging filled soap dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body soap

• Towels are provided for your stay. Upon request, you can also have pool lake striped towels

• In Laundry area, there will be 2 laundry pods available for you to use.

I’m so excited for your visit this weekend. I hope you enjoy our home. Please put the address 1 big bass drive, Clifton township in your gps for entry into the community (gatehouse) . The driver will have to show their license. After you enter you can put 402 packanack drive. There is a lot of snow around the house so I suggest backing into the driveway. We have plowed and salted for your safety and convenience. However, ice forms quickly overnight. We have left additional salt and a shovel in the entry for your use. The code to enter on Friday is 0000000 (your phone number). You must hear each number beep then press the # sign and it will open. Also if you leave and would like to lock the door, simply press just the # sign and it will lock the door as well. If for some reason it doesn’t work, give me a call and I will help you. Also, a few more things... I'm sorry for all the messages. We use the mini splits for heat. We don't use wall nest thermostat on the wall. On the minisplit remotes, please make sure it is on HEAT selection. So please get familiar with the remote so that you are all choosing heat. If you keep the doors open the heat should flow throughout the house. I heard the weather will be mild. The nest thermostats will go on on their own. We also have a gas fireplace that will heat the house nicely.

Also, all trash needs to go to the Red large bin in the parking lot where you check in at the gate house. Please do not leave any garbage in the house or outside. Please remember to bring inside shoes (slippers) and leave your shoes/ boots in the Entry room. This keeps our home very clean.

Please make sure everyone knows that the driving speed limit is 25 mph in the community. Security will be patrolling around and can give out tickets, any fines will be your responsibility. There is wildlife all around and so it's really important to follow the speed limit.

Also upon leaving, please place all towels in the bathroom tub (next to kitchen) that were used, and please strip beds of just the sheets that were used and place the sheets in the rooms next to beds.
