- The BBGMA Soft Cap is set at 105M, Exceeding it warrants no penalty.
- The BBGMA Tax Payer Limit is set at 119M, Exceeding it warrants no penalty.
- The BBGMA Tax Apron is set at 130M, Exceeding it will cost you the next avalible first round pick you will also be penalized losing your Injured Player Exception and will be hard capped meaning no moves can make your salary increase.
- The BBGMA Hard Cap is set at 145M, Exceeding will cost you 2 second round picks with an addition of another first round pick.
- The BBGMA Maximum contract is set at 30M.
- The BBGMA Minimum contract is set at 0.8M.
- Injured Player Exception - If any team has an injured player that can not play for them for the rest of the regular season, the GM can choose to release a player on this exception. The player will be release and their contract will be paid off. This exception can only be used once a season.
- Minimum Player Signing Exception - Any Free Agent on the market that is worth the minimum is able to be signed for the minimum despite the teams cap situation.
- Mods are able to undo trades that are seemingly unfair, this can be overruled by CO-COMM+.
- Both parties must confirm the trade in the trade-negotiations channel.
- Teams can Place protections on picks.. (Lottery protected etc).
- Teams cannot trade have the same player on their roster twice in one season.
- Salary cap must not be over 125% for any side of the trade.
- Trade can not be to a CPU team.
- Sign-and-trades can only be made after the draft and during re-signings.
- A player that refuses can still be eligble for a sign-and-trade deal.
- All trade rules apply.
- Any player that "refuses" can not be re-signed during the re-signing period.
- GMs are able to go over the Tax Payer Limit to resign.
- If the player has been with the team for atleast 3 season, they are eligible for a 5 year deal.
- Any drafted players are automatically signed to their teams.
- Any time during their rookie contract a GM can choose to extend that contract. For players who reached 65+ for 1 season and <65 for 2 seasons.
- When their contract is up they are Restricted Free Agents.
This is where its the players option first, to stay or test free agency. If they choose to say they can be resigned, if not you can try signing them during free agency.
DEEP DIVING - General Managers who spend over there maximum salary cap will sign the first free agents who come to them that does not put the over cap, all other contracts will be voided.
Unrestricted Free Agents - These free agents make their decisions freely, they can be signed for a maximum for 4 years and receive a team player option when signing.
Restricted Free Agents - Every restricted free agent is automaticaly given a "Qualifying Offer", this will be the lowest the player can get paid for a length of 2 years. Other GMs can start offering, in 12 hours if no GMs have placed an offer the player will accept the Qualifying Offer. Players that accept their Qualifying Offer can be signed over the salary cap limit but not the tax apron. The team with the Qualifying offer can match the highest offer to sign the player or rescind the Qualifying Offer to turn the player into a Unrestricted Free Agent.
