Cost

Tables are $35. Payment will be via Paypal or Venmo. Cancellations prior to August 28th will be refunded in full. Cancellations after August 28th will only be refunded at the sole discretion of the organizers.

What you get

General Information

This page will be updated when all tables have been filled, and the wait list is opened. 

Setup will begin at 9:30am the day of the event. The venue must be completely cleared by 3:30pm. Table locations will be assigned during check-in.

The focus of the market is for individuals selling to other individuals. Priority is will be given to those selling personal copies of second-hand hobby board games and game specific accessories (ie: coins, tokens, promos, etc.)  We highly suggest that you keep this in mind when deciding what items to bring - comics, toys, trading cards, crafts, etc. may not find the audience that you are hoping for.

In order to abide by the rules of the venue and to provide protection for the event, the following rules are in effect:  No raffles or games of chance are allowed. No selling of food or drink. No alcohol is allowed on the premises. Selling weapons of any kind is not allowed. Display of age restricted, adult and/or NSFW items is not allowed. You will be asked to remove these items from the premises. Additionally,  the event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor, at any time, for any reason. In the unlikely event that this occurs, vendors will be refunded for their table. Thank you for your understanding.
