San Bernardino County 4-H Youth Development Program

Serving the Inland Empire since 1953, the Bloomington Boosters 4-H Club offers hands-on learning experiences that help young people grow into confident, capable leaders. With the support of passionate volunteers, our members explore a wide range of interests—from animal husbandry and showmanship to photography, arts and crafts, cultural arts, leadership, outdoor adventures, camping, and more. The club provides opportunities for youth to engage in meaningful community service projects, making a positive impact in their neighborhoods while building skills and friendships that last a lifetime.

What is 4-H? 4-H is the nation’s largest youth development organization, dedicated to empowering young people through hands-on learning, leadership, and service. Rooted in the values of Head, Heart, Hands, and Health, 4-H helps youth ages 5 to 19 grow into capable, engaged citizens through real-world projects in areas like agriculture, science, technology, the arts, and civic engagement. Supported by a network of caring adult mentors, 4-H uses an experiential learning model that builds critical thinking, communication, and teamwork.
