BazarList is a shopping and list-management application designed to help users organize products, shopping lists, deadlines, reminders, and everyday purchasing tasks.
We respect your privacy and want you to understand how information is handled when you use BazarList.
This Privacy Policy explains what information BazarList handles, how it is used, how information may be shared by you, and what choices you have.
Depending on how you use BazarList, you may enter information such as:

BazarList is designed to keep your app information on your device for the app's normal operation.
Information such as your shopping lists, products, preferences, and other app data may be stored locally on your Android device.
This local information allows BazarList to continue showing your saved information when you reopen the application.
We do not use your shopping lists or product information for advertising or marketing purposes.
The information you enter into BazarList belongs to you.
Your products and shopping lists may include information that you personally consider private.
You should therefore avoid entering highly sensitive information that is not necessary for using the application.
BazarList uses the information you enter to provide features such as:
Creating and managing shopping lists
Adding and managing products
Organizing products by category
Marking products as important or priority
Tracking completed purchases
Showing product details
Setting deadlines
Setting reminders
Using Shopping Mode
Creating backups
Importing previously created backups
BazarList may use Android notifications to remind you about deadlines or reminders that you create.
Notification functionality is used to provide the reminder feature of the application.
BazarList does not use notifications for advertising or promotional messages.
You can control notification permissions through your Android device settings.
If notification permission is disabled, some reminder notifications may not be displayed.
BazarList provides backup and import functionality so that you can preserve and restore your app information.
When you export a backup, the backup file may contain information stored by BazarList, including your products, shopping lists, settings, reminders, and other applicable app information.
The backup is created for you to save or manage.
BazarList does not automatically send your backup file to social media platforms, messaging services, or other third parties.
You decide where to save, store, or share the backup file.
You should protect your backup files because anyone who obtains a backup file may potentially be able to access the information contained within it.
BazarList may allow you to share a shopping list using Android's standard sharing functionality.
When you choose to share a list, Android may display applications installed on your device that can receive the shared information.
Depending on the applications installed on your device, you may be able to share a list through services such as:
Messenger
SMS
Other compatible sharing applications
When you choose an external application to receive shared information, that information is handled according to the privacy policy and practices of that external service.
BazarList does not control how an external service handles information after you choose to share it with that service.
BazarList may request Android permissions that are necessary for specific application functionality, such as notifications and reminder-related functionality.
Permissions are used only for the functionality they support.
You can review or manage application permissions through your Android device settings.
BazarList does not request access to information that is unnecessary for its core functionality.
BazarList is designed around local shopping-list management.
We do not intentionally collect or sell your shopping lists, product information, or personal information for advertising purposes.
We do not intentionally use your shopping information to create advertising profiles.
If future versions introduce functionality that changes how personal or device information is collected, used, or shared, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
BazarList may rely on Android system functionality and services provided by the Android operating system.
When you voluntarily use another application through Android's sharing functionality, that external application operates under its own privacy policy.
BazarList is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party applications that you choose to use.
If third-party services or SDKs are introduced into BazarList in the future that collect or process user data, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe their relevant data practices.
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by BazarList.
However, no electronic storage system or method of transferring information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting access to your Android device and any backup files you create.
If you create or share a backup file, take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to that file.
Information stored locally by BazarList remains on your device until you delete it, clear the application's data, uninstall the application, or otherwise remove it using functionality provided by the application or Android.
Backup files exported by BazarList may remain wherever you choose to save them until you delete them.
BazarList does not claim ownership of your shopping lists or the information you enter into the application.
Because BazarList is designed primarily for local data storage, users can remove locally stored application information through the available app controls and/or Android's application data management features.
If you export a backup file, deleting the BazarList app does not necessarily delete copies of that backup stored elsewhere.
You are responsible for deleting backup copies from locations where you have chosen to save them.
If BazarList introduces an account-based service in the future, a separate account-data deletion process will be provided where required.
BazarList is a general-purpose shopping and productivity application.
It is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
We do not knowingly request personal information from children for advertising or marketing purposes.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us in a manner that should not have occurred, please contact us using the privacy contact information below.
We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes to BazarList, its features, applicable laws, or our privacy practices.
When this policy is updated, the effective date at the beginning of the policy will be changed.
