Who we are

Bayt al-Awda is a personal qada companion app developed by Inrum Solutions. This policy explains honestly and completely how we handle your information.

Your prayer data

Never collected. Never shared.

Everything you enter into Bayt al-Awda — your name, your age, your prayer counts, your onboarding answers, your journey — stays entirely on your device. We have no servers storing this information. We cannot see what you enter. We never could.

All prayer data is saved locally on your device using your phone's built-in storage. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to uninstall the app, at which point it is deleted.

Anonymous analytics

Bayt al-Awda uses Amplitude, a third party analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data. This includes information such as which screens are viewed and where users exit the app.

No personal information is collected through analytics. We cannot identify individual users. Your prayer data, name, age, and onboarding responses are never sent to Amplitude or any third party. This data is used solely to understand how the app is used and to improve the experience.

Optional feedback

Bayt al-Awda includes an optional anonymous feedback form. If you choose to submit feedback, your responses are collected through Google Forms and stored in Google's servers. This is entirely voluntary. No feedback is collected without your active participation. You may leave any field blank.

Optional contributions

The Support section within the app contains an optional link to Buy Me a Coffee for voluntary contributions. This link opens an external website in your browser. If you choose to visit that page, their own privacy policy applies. This is entirely optional and not required to use any feature of Bayt al-Awda.

Third party services summary

Bayt al-Awda does not use advertising networks or sell data to any third party. The third party services used are limited to:

— Amplitude (anonymous usage analytics)

— Google Forms (optional anonymous feedback)

— Buy Me a Coffee (optional voluntary contributions, external link only)

Children

Bayt al-Awda does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Prayer data never leaves the device. Anonymous analytics do not contain personal identifiers.

Your rights

You may have rights regarding your data under the privacy laws of your country. As Bayt al-Awda does not collect personal data, there is very little that applies here. If you have any concerns, you are welcome to reach out.

Changes to this policy

If we change how data is handled, this policy will be updated and users will be informed through an app update. The current version will always be available at this address.
