If you are wanting to enroll your child here next year, please fill out

admission form and either email it back to us, or you can

drop it off at our schools office. Please make sure that you

phone the school first, so that they can arrange for you to come in

and see them.

Once you have filled out your admission form, you

need to fill out this referral form as well and bring it in

with the admission form.
