I believe it’s essential for families to feel confident and comfortable with their care team, especially during such a personal and transformative time. I consider it a true privilege to be invited into your journey, and I am committed to safeguarding your family’s peace and well-being with compassion and dedication every step of the way.

I understand that you may be feeling sleep-deprived or overwhelmed—please know that you are not alone. I’m here to listen, advocate for you, and be a steady source of support and clarity. My goal is to ensure that you and your baby feel safe, supported, and confident in your feeding journey.

A little about me 😊

My nursing career began in Buffalo, NY, where I spent ten years working as a Registered Nurse on a high-risk antepartum/postpartum unit. It was in that setting that my interest in breastfeeding evolved into a true passion. I felt called to deepen my knowledge and expand my ability to support families more fully—both in the hospital and at home. After completing the necessary clinical hours and course work, I became an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant. Shortly thereafter, I decided to trade snowy winters for sunny skies and relocate to Florida! I continued working in hospital care before establishing my own lactation practice in 2022, allowing me to provide personalized, outpatient support for families beyond the hospital setting.

I’m deeply grateful to work in a field that allows me to build meaningful relationships, empower parents to reach their infant feeding goals, and help give babies the lifelong benefits of breast milk :)
