About Us
About Us
What started as three freshman girls sharing a passion for volleyball quickly turned into something much bigger — a dream to inspire the next generation of players.
We created Baysics Volleyball Camp because we remember exactly what it felt like to be beginners: nervous to try something new, excited to learn, and hoping someone would believe in us. Volleyball gave us confidence, friendships, leadership skills, and memories we’ll carry forever. We wanted younger kids to experience that same joy.
As athletes ourselves, we know that the best coaches are the ones who make you feel supported, encouraged, and excited to keep improving. That’s the environment we’re committed to creating at Baysics — a place where every child feels welcome, no matter their skill level.
Baysics is about more than serving, passing, and hitting. It’s about:
Building confidence
Learning teamwork
Growing through challenges
Making new friends
Having fun while staying active
We believe sports can shape young people into stronger, kinder, and more confident versions of themselves. Through positive coaching and encouraging energy, we hope every camper leaves feeling proud of what they accomplished.
As freshmen balancing school, sports, and leadership roles, we realized how much younger kids look up to older students. We wanted to use that influence in a positive way — to create a camp where kids can learn volleyball from coaches who truly understand them and remember what it’s like to be in their shoes.
Seeing younger players smile after learning a new skill, gaining confidence, or simply having fun with friends is what motivates us every day.
Our mission is simple:
To inspire young athletes to grow both on and off the court through volleyball, positivity, and community.
At Baysics, we want every child to know:
It’s okay to make mistakes.
Growth takes practice.
Confidence comes from trying.
And most importantly — volleyball should always be fun.
We’re so excited to share our love for the game with the next generation and can’t wait to see what these young athletes accomplish!!
