3:30 p.m. - 5 p.m. - Team activities in center field

4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - Ian Roy's performance

5:30 p.m. - Favourite character lap (From Shrek to Charlie Brown, no character is off limits)

5:30 p.m. - Head shaves by the Bay Barbers (location TBD)

6:30 p.m. -  Team Captains’ Meeting in the dining tent.

7 p.m. - 8 p.m. - Meagan Love Performance

7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - Team Activities

8:30 p.m. - 9:15 p.m. - Cold Creek Cloggers performance

9 p.m. - Pyjama themed lap

9:30 p.m. - Banking and luminary sales close 

9:45 p.m.: Luminary Ceremony and lap of silence to remember loved ones with Piper Alam Buchanan

10: 45 p.m.: Closing Ceremonies

*Tents are not provided. Teams will be provided with a site that they can use to set up their own tent and decorate their space for the event. Water stations will be available to refill your reusable water bottle. This event is a smoke/vape, drug and alcohol-free. No campfires or open flames are allowed. Registered service animals allowed only.
