*Tents are not provided. Teams will be provided with a site that they can use to set up their own tent and decorate their space for the event. Water stations will be available to refill your reusable water bottle. This event is a smoke/vape, drug and alcohol-free. No campfires or open flames are allowed. Registered service animals allowed only.

Transportation
Participants of Hope (formerly known as "Survivor") can request free transportation support to and from the event by contacting Candace at 613-242-5376 or sending an email to bayofquinterelayforlife@gmail.com with your first and last name, phone number and home address. The deadline is May 27.
Pre-event Celebration
Participants of Hope are invited to the pre-ceremony booth that includes a reception, draws, treats, giveaways and certificates starting at 1 p.m.!

Pyjamas at 9 p.m.
Face painting, BINGO, colouring and a variety of crafts are available at the kids tent.
Barbacoa Boyz and The Binge Box Quinte will be selling food during the event.

Gather your best supplies and spirit! We will be looking for a team that sets up their space with items that best reflect your team name or just the best-decorated. Judging will take place at 3 p.m. by welcomed dignitaries, and the winner will be announced at the closing ceremonies.
