The Laparoscopy Lab course is taught by Teaching Assistants (TAs) who are all juniors and previously lived in Earle Hall, excelled in Laparoscopy Lab, and served as Research Mentors (RMs) during their sophomore year. Research Mentors (RMs) are current sophomores who work closely with freshmen to form high-quality research projects. Laparoscopy Lab is unique because it provides both of these leadership opportunities after freshmen year. We would not be the community that we are without the valuable mentorship that these leaders provide!
