The Bay Area Language processing Interest group connects cross-disciplinary language scienctists in the San Francisco Bay Area to exchange ideas and foster connection and collaborations!

Since 2024, we've organized five half-day symposia across Bay area institutions, featuring presentations from 30 early-career researchers and 5 key-note speakers. Check them out here!

The symposia are typically followed by a reception, allowing for time to connect with speakers and colleagues from other institutions.
