Just to reiterate, schools do NOT have to register via the HUB for Regional meets as in previous years. This is required for your OFSAA qualifiers. The thought process is that it will reduce the amount of paperwork you have to chase down... and I hope that is the case for you.
The deadline for the OFSAA Eligibility Roster submission is Saturday, June 1st at Midnight. That is ONLY for the OFSAA Eligibility Roster sheet. Please put ALL your athletes on ONE sheet. No need to upload a separate sheet for each age division. Para athletes are Sr/ Open category.
If schools do have Para Athletes qualify, there is a tab on the website specific to the Para division.

The rest of the HUB submissions are due no later than Tuesday, June 4th at 3:30.

Following this deadline, I will be able to download the email addresses of schools registered via the HUB and send those people the link to our NEW Coaches Webinar, which will be held at 7 PM that night. This is aimed at NEW coaches, but any coach can attend this webinar

To reiterate what Tim said, I am asking you all to spread the message to PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do the following this week.
Create your HUB roster with athletes going to OFSAA Regionals. You will not have time to create your OFSAA qualifiers, get a signature, and upload by Saturday night. Better to have too many on a roster this week than wait until after Regionals and not get it in.
Create a single COED team, not multiple teams by gender or division.
Photocopy a package of all the forms required for the HUB, and hand one to every athlete that qualifies for OFSAA at Regionals. Give you a couple of days head start to signing and collecting.
I can not implore you enough to do this. This is a new format, and this is the best way to do it so that you are ready to roll.
