This privacy policy applies to the bawlonetv mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") created by MMTech (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service providing Myanmar famous travel places information and local TV streaming. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. No Account Required

Important: Our app does not require user registration or login. We do not collect or store personal identification information such as names, emails, or phone numbers, and we do not create user profiles.

The Application automatically collects limited information when you download and use it:

• Device Information: Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), operating system type and version

• Usage Analytics: Pages visited within the app, time and date of visits, time spent on pages and in the Application

• Performance Data: App performance metrics and crash reports for improvement purposes

2.2 Location Information

The Application does not gather precise location information from your mobile device. Any location-based features use general regional information for relevant travel content only.

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send notifications about:

• New Myanmar travel destinations and attractions

• Local TV program updates and schedules

• App updates and new features

You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

8. User Rights and Control

8.1 Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application using standard device uninstall processes.

8.2 Data Deletion

8.3  Third-Party Content Sources:

• - Tourist destination images: Pexels.com and Wikipedia Commons

• - All images are used under free licenses

• - No personal data is shared with these services

• - Images are embedded within the app only

9. Copyright and Third-Party Content

Our app may provide access to third-party content that is publicly available on the internet. We do not host or store any of this content on our servers. If you are a copyright owner and believe your material has been improperly linked or included in our app without proper authorization:

10. Children's Privacy (Under 13)

• The Application is not directed to children under 13
