Baltimore City is one of the 1st established cities in the United States and with it comes a unique history of innovation. Just like we were the 1st city to have street lights, we were also the 1st city to have segregation housing laws and police with guns. Baltimore is a dope case study in policy and how it impacts the average person. Baltimore has also been innovative to its approach to Civil Rights and Black self sufficiency. On this tour we will explore all of these elements. 

This tour is designed to examine Baltimore through the lens of its popular arts districts. Throughout the journey we will learn about the different districts, the neighborhoods and climates they occupy, and how they weave into the rich tapestry of. Baltimore life.
