Timeline for Expo Night (6:00-7:30 PM)

5:30--Set Up: Evaluators and Volunteers will arrive. No participants or families may enter until 6 PM when doors open

6:00--Doors Open to public. Please do not enter the school before this time!

6:00-7:30--Baucom Science Expo: Enjoy the booths and activities, or browse the Spring Book Fair! Don't miss the Scavenger Hunt 🙂

6:00-7:00--Project Evaluation Window. Only students and evaluators may enter the cafeteria during this time. Please be on time for your evaluation.

7:00-7:30--Project Viewing & Clean Up. All visitors may view the Expo Projects during this time. 

7:30--End of Event. Please ensure you bring home any projects or materials as you leave.
