Titian Asli Club had successfully organized a program Jalinan Kasih 3.0 Batu 12 on 20th October 2019, 10th November 2019 and 24th November 2019. This project is organized by the outreach bureau of TAC Club to improve the basic English among aboriginal children. Moreover, there is a few children who cannot afford going to school are now having basic English knowledge from the last program. Jalinan Kasih 3.0 basically is the continuation of Jalinan Kasih 2.0 equipped with a wider range of education that consists of 2 subjects which are English and Mathematics. English module is maintained as the main importance of our -program which is to nurture the interest in learning English language. An ice-breaking session as the kick start of this program was held to boost the energy of children and committee. Apart from the different nature experienced by the special task bureau, they still made it successful with the help of other committees as well. Hence, this activity succeeded in strengthening the relationship among the committees and building bonds between the facilitators and the participants.

The first module of the visit is to expose the students to various vocabulary regarding the theme which is ‘ambition’. They were asked to write about their ambition with guidance from the facilitators and present at the front. The students were able to pronounce the vocabulary by the presentation thus can be used in daily life. After the lunch break, the activity was continued by Mathematics module. The purpose was to introduce the participants with basics in math which is numbers, addition and subtraction. Facilitators had prepared with creative ideas to make it more fun. They used videos and sing concept for numbers introduction. Participants were given a piece of papers containing objects and numbers. They need to mix the papers and give the correct answer. This is one of the initiatives to prevent the students to remain focus till the end.
In the second visit, the activity started with a little ice breaking session to reduce the awkwardness among the facilitators and participants since there are some new faces. Next, the first module was continued with the objective to help the students interact among themselves in English and increased their knowledge with new vocabulary. The students were divided in some groups and they needed to interact and cooperate to complete the task given to them. Each group had to find the name of any items as many as they could. The second module was about Mathematics and the aim was to focus more in addition. For this 2nd visit, the students were given a worksheet with some addition problems and they had to solve with the help of facilitators.
In the 3rd visit, ice breaking was started as soon as we arrived with many activities in order to widen their circle of contacts and friends. After that, the students learned about the parts on the body in the module 1. The facilitators used videos to make the students understand better. At the same time, they practiced dance as it helps students to memorize easily. Next, the second module for this last visit is basic of math and more focus on subtraction. They are given variety of questions for them to solve with the helps from facilitators.
The committees succeeded in gaining experience and knowledge while going through the real life of aboriginal people.
The committees improve the quality of community engagement through the program.
The participant had a deep interest in learning Mathematics and English during the module sessions and kids enjoyed it.
Modules and activities are handled well and supported by all committees.
Create better communication and stronger bond among the committees.
The program generally achieves its objective and had benefited committees and participants.
