Paint Codex is developed by Battle Servo Studios LLC. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it’s used, and your choices.

Information We Collect:

• Photos and media you choose: If you take or select a photo, it is stored on your device and used only inside your projects. We do not upload photos unless you intentionally export or share them.
  
  

• App diagnostics (optional): We may collect anonymous crash/usage information to improve stability and features. No personal identifiers are collected.
  
  

How We Use Information:

• To display your project content within the app.
  
  

• To create exports that you explicitly request (e.g., .paintcodex.zip).
  
  

• To analyze anonymous diagnostics and improve the app.
  
  

Data Sharing:

• We do not sell your data. We do not share project content with third parties. Exports are created only when you choose to export and share them yourself.
  
  

Your Choices:

• You can delete photos and projects within the app at any time.
  
  

• You can uninstall the app to remove local data stored on your device.
  
  

• Subscriptions and payments are managed by Google Play / Apple App Store. You can cancel anytime in your store settings.
