Battle.net Download Langsam Diablo 4

I'm having the same trouble, slow speeds while attempting to download Diablo 4 through the battle.net launcher. Speed test runs at the expected 400mb/sec confirming the network adapter is having no trouble handling the bandwidth, but I've confirmed all speed/download limitations are turned off from the battle.net settings.
