Tryout Information

Tryouts for the 2026 season will be held September 7 & 14 (Women's) and October TBD (Men's) at North Battleford Comprehensive High School. Each age group will have 2 tryout dates. Spectators welcome. Please be respectful of all athletes, coaches and evaluators. 

Registration Submissions close on Sunday, August 31, 2025 @ 11:59pm. BVC will not be accepting registrations after this date to provide time to organize tryouts for athletes to show their skills and game play. Times and locations will be emailed to the caregiver's email, so please ensure you enter the email correctly.  

Please complete the registration form prior to attending tryouts to ensure we have enough space for your designated age group's tryout. Registration fee of $20 due on day of tryout. The form can be found under the "Registration" tab. 

Athletes and Caregivers are also required to sign the "Athlete and Parent Code of Conduct" before tryouts. Athletes will not be able to participate in tryouts without the signed document. Copies will be available on the day of tryouts and can also be found under the "Bylaws, Procedures, and Policies" tab. 

As per Battlefords' Volleyball Club [P3-2 Athlete Team Selection Procedure 2i(i)], ALL athletes will tryout with their appropriate age group. Players must first attend their age appropriate tryout and be invited to attend the age group above. Please Note: Violation of this bylaw will result in the player being suspended for the 2026 season.
