From 2022-2025, over 20,000 batteries were collected and recycled at the Loudoun county Hazardous Material Recycling Drive!
On March 18th we went to the Loudoun County Recycling Drive and recycled all of those collected batteries.
On June 23, we went to the hazardous material recycling drive recycled all of the batteries we collected to end of our 2022-2023 school year!
To welcome the 2023-2024 school year., the battery box was placed and the collected batteries was then recycled on October 19th!
As 2023 drew to a close, I actively participated in the final Hazardous Waste Recycling event, contributing to the responsible disposal of environmental hazards by recycling more than 500 batteries. Witnessing the positive impact of my efforts in accumulating this substantial quantity within a mere month was truly remarkable. I am committed to sustaining this eco-friendly initiative in the upcoming hazardous waste recycling events and beyond.
As the new year started, I attended the very first battery recycling drive and recycled over 500 batteries!
