Last updated: February 23, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Battery Eye (the "Application"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Application, which is provided as an internal enterprise tool for fleet, inventory, and service management. By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Application.
2. Enterprise Use and Accounts
This Application is strictly for use by authorized employees, contractors, and personnel of the Company.
Account Creation: You cannot create or register your own account. All accounts, roles, and access levels (e.g., Admin, Dispatcher, Technician, Tow Employee) are provisioned and managed strictly by the Company Administrator.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any vehicle or truck passcodes assigned to you during your shift. You must not share your access credentials or passcodes with unauthorized individuals.
3. User Responsibilities
When using the Application, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information when logging data, transferring inventory (e.g., scanning batteries and entering quantities), and completing services.
Follow standard company protocols when accepting, rejecting, or initiating transfer requests.
Ensure that any photos uploaded (e.g., for delivery completion or issue reporting) are accurate, appropriate, and relate directly to the service provided.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Application to:
Falsify inventory records, transfer logs, or service reports.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
Use the Application for any personal or non-commercial purpose outside of your official employment duties.
Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
5. App Updates and Availability
We are committed to ensuring the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the Application, its features, or its functionality at any time. The Application requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) to function properly (e.g., for database syncing and real-time inventory tracking). The Company does not take responsibility for the Application not working at full functionality if you do not have access to an active network connection.
6. Termination of Access
Because this is an enterprise management tool, your access to the Application is directly tied to your employment or authorization status with the Company. The Company Administrator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including upon the termination of your employment or a violation of these Terms.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top. You are advised to review these Terms periodically.
