Battery Emoji & Charging uses the Android Accessibility Service to support user-enabled personalization features, including maintaining interactive visual elements and Shimeji-style pets while the user navigates supported areas of the device.
The Accessibility Service is used only for the functionality explained to the user before activation.
The App is not an accessibility tool intended primarily to assist users with disabilities.
Depending on the feature, device, and Android version, the Accessibility Service may receive limited interface events required to operate the requested personalization feature.
The App does not use Accessibility Service to intentionally collect:
Passwords or PINs
Authentication or verification codes
Private messages
Contact information
Payment-card or banking information
Keystrokes
Browsing history
Precise location
Complete screen recordings
Information accessed through the Accessibility Service is processed locally and temporarily on the device to provide the user-enabled functionality.
Accessibility Service information is not:
Uploaded to our servers
Stored in a remote database
Shared with Google AdMob
Shared with Firebase Analytics
Used for personalized advertising
Sold or rented to third parties
Used to make purchases or financial transactions
Used to bypass Android security controls
The Accessibility Service is optional and disabled by default.
Before directing users to Android Accessibility settings, the App provides an in-app disclosure explaining:

Users must take an affirmative action before proceeding and must manually enable the service through Android system settings.
The Accessibility Service can be disabled at any time through Android settings. A typical path is:
