## 2. No cloud — data stays on your device
- **We do not operate a cloud backend for your charging readings.** The app does not sync your session history, dashboard readings, or preferences to servers we control. Everything needed for core features is processed and stored **locally on your device** (for example using the operating system’s battery APIs and on-device storage such as SharedPreferences).
- **Charging history and app settings remain on the phone** unless you explicitly export or share a file (for example a PDF) using your device’s share sheet.
- **We do not access your measurements remotely.** We cannot see your history or live readings from our side, because that data is not uploaded to us.

## 3. Data we do not collect
We do **not**:
- Require personal identification (name, email, postal address) to use the app.
- Receive your payment card number. **Subscriptions and one-time purchases** for **Battery charging monitor Pro** (or similar in-app products) are processed entirely by **Google Play** or the **Apple App Store** according to their terms and privacy policies.
- Sell your charging history or session list to third parties.
- Use your data to build advertising profiles **beyond** what advertising SDKs may do on the device when ads are shown (see below).

## 4. Ads, Pro, and payments
### Advertising
- If you are **not** a Pro subscriber, the app may show **advertisements** (for example through **Google AdMob**). Ad providers may use device identifiers, IP address, or similar signals as described in their own policies. You can review Google’s privacy and advertising settings on their sites.
### Pro — subscriptions and/or one-time purchase
- **Battery charging monitor Pro** may be offered as **recurring subscriptions** (for example weekly or monthly), **and/or** a **one-time (non-consumable) lifetime** purchase, depending on what we publish in the store. Example prices shown in the app may be in **US dollars (USD)** where applicable; **final prices and tax** are set by the store in your region.
- **Payment and billing are handled only by the store** (Google Play or Apple). We do not see or store your full card details.
- We may receive from the store only the minimum information needed to **verify purchase or subscription status** so the app can unlock Pro features (for example entitlement flags). We use that only to provide the features you paid for, not for unrelated profiling.

The app may request device permissions only when needed for features you use, for example:

We do not use these permissions to upload your charging telemetry to our servers (we do not operate such a service for that purpose).
